Acceptance of Terms

By using Paraclass, you accept these ToS without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use our services.

Service Description

Paraclass is a platform connecting students with qualified tutors. We facilitate:

• Tutor search and selection
• Session booking and scheduling
• Secure payment processing
• Communication between users
• Evaluation and progress tracking

User Obligations

By using Paraclass, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Respect other users
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes
• Protect your login credentials
• Report any inappropriate behavior

Tutor-Specific Obligations

Tutors agree to:

• Possess the necessary qualifications
• Provide quality service
• Respect agreed schedules
• Maintain confidentiality of student information
• Respect our code of conduct

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely. Paraclass takes a commission on each transaction. Refunds are possible according to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be canceled according to the following terms:

• Cancellation more than 24h in advance: full refund
• Cancellation between 2h and 24h: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 2h in advance: no refund

Intellectual Property

All platform content (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright. You may not use them without authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Paraclass cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or the quality of services provided by independent tutors.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. Paraclass reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of ToS violations.

Applicable Law

These ToS are subject to French law. Any dispute will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of La Roche-sur-Yon.
